The ConEd Solution, LLC wants every licensed clinician to be able to take its courses. This page says what the site does about that today, what it does not yet do, and how to ask for an accommodation.

The standard

The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Pages, lessons and post-tests are ordinary web pages, readable with a screen reader and usable from a keyboard. Text can be resized in the browser.

Time

No lesson or post-test has a timer. A course stays open for 90 days from purchase, and the post-test can be retaken.

Audio and video

Each course includes a podcast episode. The episodes do not yet carry captions or a written transcript. The substance of every course is also delivered in written lessons. If you need an alternative to the episode, ask and one will be arranged.

Asking for an accommodation

Ask through the Contact page, or write to The ConEd Solution, LLC, 3158 Parliament Circle, Montgomery, AL 36116. Say which course, and what would help. You will have an answer within 5 business days, and there is no charge.

Telling us about a barrier

If something on the site does not work for you, tell us the same way, with the page and what happened. Fixing it is part of the work.
