What you are buying

The courses sold here are online continuing education for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. Nothing is shipped. After payment, the course opens in your account.

Your license to use a course

A purchase gives one person, the account holder, the right to take the course. Access lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. After that the course closes, and your completion record, certificate, transcript, syllabus and course materials stay in your account for as long as the account exists. You may not share your login, copy the course, or resell or post its content.

Your account and your identity

You need an account to buy. The name, credentials, license type and license number you give when the account is created print on every certificate you earn, so they cannot be changed from the account afterward. A legal change of name, after a marriage for example, is made by us on request with documentation. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what is done under it.

Credit and your license

A completed course awards contact hours. One contact hour is 60 minutes. The ConEd Solution, LLC holds no approval from any state licensing board and claims none. Whether a board accepts a course toward renewal is set out in that state’s acceptance statement, which prints on the second page of your certificate. It is your responsibility to confirm with your own board that a course counts toward your license before you rely on it. Nothing on this site is a promise that a course will be accepted.

Scope of practice

Completing a course does not change what your license permits. No course here authorizes any technique, procedure or role outside the scope of practice set by the board that licenses you.

Educational use

Courses report published research and clinical evidence for educational purposes. They are not clinical advice about any particular patient, and they do not replace your own judgment.

Prices, payment and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by card. Refunds and cancellation are covered by our refund policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, The ConEd Solution, LLC is not liable for any loss that follows from taking a course or relying on its content beyond the price you paid for that course.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. A purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
